We offer the flexibility to select between a payment plan or making a single lump sum payment for your lot.
Can you explain your seller financing option?
Yes! We offer seller financing on all our properties. Our agreements are approved in house, so you get reduced fees and no credit check! At the end of your payment term, we will sign a trust deed of release and the property is all yours and PAID OFF! Easy as that!
How do I buy a property?
You can buy directly from our website with credit card, Apple Pay, or check! Once you set up a payment plan, we will send you the land contract via email immediately. If you like to contact us to talk to one of our buyer specialists. We will guide you through the process, and answer your questions.
How often do you have new properties for sale?
We regularly attend auctions and other wholesale events across the Nation.

Can I visit a property beforehand?
We encourage buyers to visit the property before purchasing. This helps you see the value of your investment and plan how you will use the lot.
What do I need to get approved?
National Premier properties do not require a credit check! Anybody can buy as long as you are over 18 years old! We believe that everyone should have access to real estate ownership. All you need is the ability to pay, whether with a Debit Card or Credit Card. If you can pay for the property, you are automatically approved.
