Jack Sirianni

With over 47 years of exceptional experience, Jack Sirianni has built a remarkable career specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and development of residential and commercial properties. He has spearheaded ventures in real estate investment, including 28 condominium conversions, resulting in over $330 million in transactions

Jack is also one of the most accomplished barter and trade exchange experts in the United States, with a career spanning more than four decades. He has facilitated millions of dollars in trade transactions across North America, earning a reputation for creativity and innovation in this unique field.

In addition to his expertise in barter and trade, Jack has operated a full-service investment company with extensive experience in REO services, leasing, management, and acquisitions. Since 1999, he has been instrumental in the acquisition and sale of several thousand residential lots in prominent resort communities throughout the southeastern United States.

Jack’s career includes over 45 years of success working with both private clients and large corporations, making him a trusted authority in real estate and trade. His unparalleled knowledge of the industry, combined with his dedication to his clients, ensures he delivers tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Whether working on large-scale investments or individual transactions, Jack is committed to achieving the best outcomes for his clients.

Karter McCoy

Karter McCoy got started in real estate right out of high school, earning my real estate license and working with one of the best firms in Middle Tennessee. While selling homes to family and friends, he continued working at a local restaurant where he had already been for four years.

About six months into his real estate career, he came across a lot for sale in Lake Tansi, Tennessee, on Facebook Marketplace. The seller happened to have two lots, so he bought them both sight unseen. Not long after, he wanted to purchase an adjacent lot to make one of his lots larger and sell it to a builder. That’s when he met Jack, the seller of that lot. They hit it off instantly due to our shared love of real estate, and he became a mentor to me and now family..

They ended up starting a company together and have since bought and sold hundreds of lots. In their first year, they did over $800,000 in volume in affordable golf and lake resort properties. They have sold resort lots to not just people Nationwide but also in Canada, Italy, London, and France. They have also become one of the top real estate trade members, doing over $300,000 a year in trade business.

Today, their company has expanded into six states with hundreds of lots in inventory. Their company has been mentioned on many podcasts, fox news, national magazines such as Homes & land, Local magazines in several targeted markets, and over 170 TV billboards, and WBNA tv network. With the help of an assistant who keeps everything organized and on track, they have continued to grow on a constant basis. Karter continues to work in the Middle Tennessee market, helping clients buy, sell, and manage properties.
