Jack Sirianni

Jack brings over 52 years of real estate experience, having led more than $330 million in transactions including 28 condominium conversions. He is nationally recognized as one of America's leading barter and trade exchange experts, with four decades of experience in creative transaction strategies.

Since 1999, Jack has acquired and sold thousands of residential lots in premier golf and lake resort communities. His development portfolio includes the construction of over 60 single-family homes in Doe Valley, Kentucky. A former University of Central Florida baseball player, Jack has been married to his wife Susan for 47 years, and together they have four children and eight grandchildren.

Karter McCoy

Karter earned his real estate license right out of high school and purchased his first lots in Lake Tansi, Tennessee at age 18. Within six months, he expanded into Cherokee Village, Arkansas — where a land transaction introduced him to Jack Sirianni, sparking a partnership that has since produced over $800,000 in first-year sales and 182 lots sold in a single year to buyers across the U.S., Canada, Italy, France, and Australia.

Karter is a recognized authority on using self-directed IRAs to purchase real estate, having been featured on CBS and multiple investment podcasts. He co-founded McCoy & Sirianni Construction, Inc. to vertically integrate their operations. At 22, Karter continues to expand the business while working as a licensed Realtor in Middle Tennessee.

You choose a property, make a down payment as low as $350, and pay affordable monthly installments. Once paid in full, we issue a trust deed release and you receive full ownership of the property.
